Michael Daehne
Michael Daehne is the Founder and CEO of FlexPoint Consulting. Michael founded FlexPoint after many years of transformative consulting leadership at other firms. Michael brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in the areas of business and technology transformation, customer experience optimization, program delivery, and change management. He is passionate about working with business and IT leaders to design and implement innovative solutions that result in happy customers, engaged employees, and thriving businesses.
Michael says, “if I weren’t leading FlexPoint, I would be teaching high school math!”
Kim Ehrman
Kim Ehrman is a Partner and Director of Business Transformation with FlexPoint. With considerable experience at both large and small consulting firms, Kim loves to uncover and encourage not-yet-seen potential – in processes, structures, technologies, and teams. She specializes in creating an ambitious vision and achievable plan for transformation and then working with clients to implement effectively, with an emphasis on customer experience, business readiness, and change management.
Kim says, “if I weren’t working at FlexPoint, I would run an inviting reading room, where anyone could settle in with a great book and enjoy. I’d host book club meetings across wide swathes of interests to hear what others are learning from their reading.”
Pedro Cortez
Pedro Cortez is a Partner and Director of Business Transformation with FlexPoint. He is an experienced strategist and program manager with a history of delivering on time and on budget. He excels at getting into the details without losing sight of the big picture and understanding how decisions will affect the entire program. Pedro excels at pulling together cross-functional teams in Agile environments to set and deliver on objectives and key results in support of the business objectives. Pedro also has expertise in business readiness, change management, and data conversions.
Pedro says, “if I weren’t working at FlexPoint, I would be a vintner in California. My wife and I have developed a love for wine over the years and I, being a very curious person, ask a ton of questions in the tasting room of what a farmer and winemaker think about when creating the flavor profile for their wine. The fact finder in me would love to solve that puzzle to create a specific flavor profile for others to enjoy.”
Steven McPhee
Steve McPhee is a Director of Business Transformation with FlexPoint. He is a seasoned technology leader with a passion for reporting and analytics leveraging AI, cloud technologies, and automation to drive business transformation. He brings considerable experience in international program management, change management, and business intelligence, and he excels in delivering high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency to drive strategic growth.
Steven says, “if I weren’t working at FlexPoint, I would be an international travel guide leading people to curated, off-the-beaten-path experiences. Uncovering hidden corners of the world has been a cornerstone in my life. Turning that into a way to help others experience travel in deeper, less conventional ways would be my ultimate passion project.”
Liz Pryor
Liz Pryor is a Business Transformation Senior Consultant with FlexPoint, helping clients reach their short- and long-term program goals. She has deep expertise in digital development, data conversion, lean/agile delivery, and operational readiness, bringing all of these to bear through project and product management. Liz specializes in digging into details to ensure thorough evaluation of program solutions and readiness for implementation.

Brian Mulligan
Brian Mulligan is a Business Transformation Senior Consultant with FlexPoint. He is an experienced analyst and project manager, with a deep background in management consulting. He brings a plethora of knowledge in data quality delivery, lean/agile project delivery, and product management. Brian excels at quickly building trust and diving into a team’s business problems to help them create solution opportunities to evaluate.
Brian says, “if I weren’t working at FlexPoint, I would be running a quaint Texas BBQ restaurant, bringing friends and families together to share a good meal and tell a good story.” (We’ve gotten to enjoy Brian’s barbecue as a team — and can confirm, it was delicious!)
Daph Pidazo
Daph Pidazo is an Executive Assistant extraordinaire. She levels up the FlexPoint team’s effectiveness by allowing Michael to focus on high-priority items and streamlining the rest. She is a force multiplier, taking on special projects and moving the ball forward on countless things each week. Daph’s diligence and thoughtfulness shine through in everything she does.
